The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and exceptional service, making it a fantastic place for a family getaway. We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special, even surprising us with a birthday cake in our room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach nearby was a nice bonus for relaxation. We also enjoyed the spacious Superior King Room, which was well-suited for our needs. However, the coffee at breakfast could use some improvement.

We enjoyed the stunning views while visiting beautiful Rovinj and relaxing on the beach. The facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Don’t miss out on the Sophia restaurant. it’s a must-try!

We had an amazing family stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond, making my mom's birthday extra special with thoughtful gestures. The spacious room with a lovely view was perfect, and the breakfast selection was absolutely delightful, featuring fresh pastries and juices. The location near the beach and charming town of Piran added to our fantastic experience. However, it would have been nice to have more availability for spa treatments during our stay.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at Kempinski Portoroz, where the beautiful room and attentive staff stood out. The spa facilities offered a relaxing experience, although I found the coffee at breakfast lacking. It was a good retreat, immersing me in comfort and elegance.

Great hotel with its cute staff, beautiful pools, and excellent fitness center. I still remember my first stay when the staff offered me a cold drink to cool down. Highly recommend it! I’m coming back soon.

The Superior King Room was spacious and had a large balcony with a nice sea view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for great nights. The bathroom was spacious, complete with a bathtub and bidet. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the daily water bottle. Overall, it felt very relaxing. Just a heads up, I couldn’t get the AC to cool down as much as I hoped on hot days.
